Nollie's Touch has a program designed to help those individual's who may be at risk for developing a substance abuse disorder.  All clients in the DWI program will receive an assessment and an individualized treatment and care plans. DUI / DWI services and programs are also offered as a part of our partial hospitalization program and as an outpatient.
