Outpatient Treatment Services
Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)
- PHP is a medically supervised program that is held daily on-site for up to 6 hours per day
- Clients are educated and provided information on mental health, symptoms related to substance abuse, disturbances in behavior, medications, life skills, crisis contingency planning, steps on preventing relapse, co-dependency and other conditions that negatively impact their mental or behavioral health
- Psychiatric services are also available for those individuals who are clinically diagnosed and or upon request for services
- Participation is mandatory. Telehealth is not available for this program
Intensive Outpatient Program
- A step down program from the partial hospitalization program
- Sessions are provided in a person-centered structured environment
- A minimum of nine direct contact hours per week for adult clients
- A minimum of six direct contact hours per week for children / adolescents.
- Our intensive outpatient program offers individual, family, and group counseling and therapy
Outpatient Treatment Program
- A low intensity program that include individual, group, and family counseling
- The outpatient program focuses on therapeutic treatment in a non-residential setting from 6-10 hours per week
- This program is designed to treat an individual's illness according to ASAM
- Treatment and care plans are individually created and completion is determined when each goal is met
Telehealth is utilized via zoom for certain individual and or group classes and sessions
