Nollie's Touch Behavioral Health Center is a community-based program that was established to assists individuals on their journey to recovery while also repairing themselves physically and mentally. We are dedicated in helping individuals overcome their addiction and re-establish themselves in society with the support of the program and their peers.
Yolanda Coates MSN BSN RN, is the founder of Nollie's Touch LLC, established in 2021. The program was named and established after the late Nollie Coates who cared for and showed her love and compassion for family, friends, and others in the community
Yolanda Coates is a family nurse practitioner and has been in the healthcare industry for 30 years. She holds her Associates Degree in Nursing from Radians College of Nursing. She also hold both her Bachelor's of Science in Nursing and Master's of Science in Nursing Degrees Specialty Track as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Chamberlain College of Nursing. Her job as a registered nurse with an advance practice degree in the acute care setting is to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate the care of patients and providing care during medical emergencies.
Yolanda has both personal and professional experience dealing with individuals who have a history with alcohol and substance abuse. growing up in and working in Baltimore City, she has experienced, witnessed and cared for individuals battling addiction. Yolanda believes that each encounter with a patient is a moment to heal the mind, spirit, heart, and body.
